Darling Harbour - Sydney
A segment of the vast Sydney Harbour, Darling Harbour was the location of the beginning and end of our cruise on the Captain Cook's Explorer. King's Wharf is a mystery to most taxi drivers. This location is not at all far the the Sydney Aquarium and Pymont Bridge. If all else fails, you can walk from the Aquarium Darling Harbour is being heavily developed for apartments, shopping and high class hotels. Our 6pm department in the fall of the year meant that we missed the sunset, but had the thrill of going to and fro the Harbour Bridge during the early evening. Our anchorage for the night was Farm Cove, just think of it as the other side of the Sydney Opera House from the Circular Quay.
